RESPONSE

A) The chart I shared (extracted from NextInvestors) is an exact share price tracker for Neuren Pharmaceuticals, from 2021 toJanuary 2024 (not just 2021). The comments that Next have inserted, show the'catalysts' that preceded (or ‘led’) to the share price re-rates.

B) I have redone this as a table (attached) andextracted additional information from Neuren (just theannouncements). As can be seen, whenmatching events to share price re-rates, the Top 3 SP catalysts were:
1) Trial results (Retts) - (Announced 6th of Dec 2021). This caused the biggestjump to date!
2) FDA approval - (Announced 14th of March 2023). This caused the nextbiggest jump to date.
3) Trial results (Phelan-McDermid) - (Announced 18 Dec 2023). This is not markedon the Next Investors chart - they limited their comments (on the chart) to Rett Syndrome!

Indeed, NT1 is still behind. This is shownclearly on the Next Investors chart.

The chart below (from Next Investors) seems well placed as part of a response to the question about catalysts that propelled Neuren to the very high SP that it is now at.

NTI is behind for sure, but still on a path that may have differences, but is not completely dissimilar to how Neuren travelled.
