Looks like it would be pretty easy to get it approved,
And get it market fairly quickly....IMO....
Given that Cannabis products have already been approved in many Countries,
For Various Conditions....
It is good they have a Patent on their Formula,
Also good that they are looking at various methods to Fast Track Approval,
Such as:
*IND Orphan Drug Designation
*Priority Review
*Breakthrough Therapy
*Fast-Track
*Rare Pediatric Priority Voucher
*Accelerated Assessment
Anyhow NTI is addressing Multi-Billion Dollar Markets,
With great Phase II/III results,
With Minimal Side Effects.
It seems to be Superior to the other Treatments for these conditions.
This gives it a Significant Advantage,
As well as Significant Value,
In the Multi-Billion Dollar Range !!!!
