The obvious conclusion from your post is no. Duthy suggested a 'miracle' that could see it an approved in 18 months. Bloody hell, he even used covid approvals as an example.
Actual sales would easily be 12 months after approval. We are looking at 3 years I think. And thats if it gets approved !
