NTI would obviously engage Fenix (at no financial cost to the bottom line) with, shares and options if they were uncertain.

Why did Fenix engage. Maybe the directors like taking a chance? If the company moves up to a MC of $400 mil they win.
If the results are crap on Wednesday what have they lost? Well, they've lost income, and asset value.
What have NTI lost? Nothing. What have shareholders lost? Dilution through CR, Cash if the results are poor. 2% of the company if they are good.
Im guessing we've all just lost about 30%.
Results better be good or it will be 80%.
