Oh wow. What a question.
In my mind it was the board never giving anything away.
Ticking boxes.
Not over promising.
And I've only been there for 7 years. But it seems it has always been that way.
But the cherry (you may called it the catalyst) was absolutely approval.
It showed to the world that they were capable. And now, with their other studies / trials. Everyone will believe them.
