I have been involved in a couple of companies who needed to boost their balance sheet to secure offtakes. Not sure about the USEXIM loan but you could be correct. If you are correct, you would hope that a CR to comply with balance sheet terms for the loan would be one of the last ticks to securing the loan and that would be a massive catalyst.
