Just don't know how the $15M "line of credit" fits into this. I would like to say it's the phase 2 permits but $15M is not going to get us far with phase 2. Unless the plan is to mobilise phase 2 with the $15M and fund the build from the cashflow of phase 1. That is after creditors (Glencore) have all been paid in LiCl. JP walking the tightrope.
