If they’re clever, this will be good news on the stage 2 permitting. Get the ’bad’ news out on a Friday (needing potential contingency funding) aftermarket, follow it up Monday with a halt followed by something positive to prop up investor sentiment. Coincidentally good timing given the market is generally red given the Iran/Israel tensions.
