The company was pretty clear it considered itself outside of the geographical area applicable though, despite using language that says they "believed" they would not be affected. Perhaps they were after all? Class action lawsuit for frivolous spending coming up if proven wrong? Hopefully it's positive, ok or meeh news and not a complete halt. Perhaps a halt wouldn't be so bad after all as it would force them to slow down spend until finance actually is available, mind you it might be a couple of years until such a point. On the flip-side perhaps they'll argue in court that they've already essentially started the long tail of the production process, so it shouldn't apply to them?

Did not sell down the heads and keep the options as I was aiming for gap fill above for that, could be a pretty painful risk management failure if it's put in the freezer. Fingers crossed for tomorrow...
