I tend to agree with your assessment. It's a mildly positive announcement from the regulators to give the green light to continue. Possibly unlocking Glencores hesitation. It's also a mildly positive announcement to negate the late Friday announcement to save the SP from any great falls. If it was SP shaking news there would have been some leaky ships on Friday pushing up the SP as a double barrel announcement, of this nature, would have been something planned throughout the week.
