As with every cap raise it will all depend on the details. What is the raise price? Are there free attaching options? What is the size of the raise? What are funds to be used for?
If it ends up being a steep discount or there are free options thrown in then it may make it difficult for the current options to reach the strike price in time.
Either way the share price will be under pressure for a while but if projects are sped up and the money is used wisely it could be beneficial in the medium term.
