Why do you say "should be able to buy on market below 58c"?
I don't think so! (Or at least not as a result of the CR.)
There are no free-attached options with the placement or entitlement issue so what would be the point in anyone buying shares in the placement or the EI and then selling them below their cost of 58c. If anything, this should put a floor at 58c+
Only thing I can see causing share price to drop below 58c would be a substantial correction in the gold price ...
