I'm not necessarily disgruntled with SP movements, it happens, but management have set a precedent of doing raises at times which are not in existing holders interest. Whats the point in looking forward to newsflow when they've shown they'll raise behind closed doors? It should be a prerogative of management to raise capital while minimizing dilution. Doing this before a price sensitive announcement has affected the market is not doing this.

This raising style already killed momentum a few months ago, I'm just venting frustration that it looks like it has done so again. @insaf And why would new supply hitting the market be anything but a further strain on the SP? Gonna take a month at least to churn through new shares, especially going into tax season. I hope worst case it just adds a few more months to price discovery.
