Yep, I'd anticipate it's at a premium similar strategy to the last raise.
The best time to raise is often when it's not expected and/or in a way that doesn't completely kill momentum. Better than AEE raising at 12 month lows twice in a row, lol.
If the terms are strong enough to not be immediate buzz-kill I might take up a few more if offered.
Major de-risking event.
