how does a cr work? Does anyone think that an insto will be dumb enough to buy a stock at all time highs? One of the reasons the directors and management kept paying for raises was not because they wanted more. Have you seen the registry? Must own large chunks at ipo levels. Why would they increase their purchase avg. and then not sell? The general market for funds is tough. A narrative needs to be compelling and certainty increased. Raising insto money late last year and year this year was not easy and the registry would have been decimated with pump and dumps. And stage story gets proven up, then larger stakeholders get involved. Does anyone truly believe if the management could attract instos at 225, the echoes to ignore?
the aim was to perform minimal raises to keep going until the instos are ready to get involved.
