Also not worth fussing over a few cents north or south in a stock that's above a dollar, this raise gives a platform for VMM to move forward both on ground and hopefully on the chart too in the several months ahead.

What do most potential investors check before buying into a stock, especially an exploration stock? Do they have much cash or do they need to raise? VMM are now cashed up so that's a tick for that box.
