I do not dispute that stocks can raise at a premium if the narrative aligns with market sentiment and results. If we were in 2022 or early 2023, where market pricing for REE and general sentiment was extremely positive, the company could have commanded a premium. However, at this moment REE are just recovering from lows that breached levels in 2020. One of the market standards in LYC, hard rock resource, held inventory preferring not to sell into the lows of NdPr at 43 usd /kg. This month it is currently sitting at 55 and hit a high of 57 usd/kg.
Once we have. Defined MRE, along with the further confirmation of METs and delivery of scoping study - provided the results keep delivering - the sp will keep appreciating and further cr will happen at higher prices.
So let’s wait until this plays out as it is the first significant placement with institutional involvement.
