Look, you make some valid points regarding REE prices at a low, but it cannot be disputed that the placement was ''Heavily Oversubscribed'' !
I need to question these things as I've bitten too many times before.
Why did they need to rush so quickly into yet another CR ?????
IF the money raised will close that mei/ vmm SP and road to production gap, then okay great! I understand the urgent need to raise again.
Just a thought: Is it possible vmm also needed the urgent cash as they are planning to make another acquisition ??????
