It is easy for us to say should have done this or that. Does one really think that if Vmm could do at higher prices, they wouldn’t? The reality is the instos want to see a certain progress to part with their cash. Then they will want a certain amount at a certain price. The question is always when to pull the pin - leave it late and if a crisis escalates it can get difficult to raise funds. Then we would scream. the key is we have kept raising at higher levels each time.
