If they haven't risen with all the arms supplied to Ukraine already I wouldn't hold my breathe on it rising in this. And if everything goes to custard RE prices are the least of our worries.
From reading SMM it seems most manufacturers are simply restocking inventories if this is sustainable who can say. Happy being at the bottom of the cost curve though.
