It worked with WA1 but this is the second time we have done it and last time it took nearly two months to churn through CR volume and SP suffered because of it. Gives the impression MGMT aren't confident that the announcement will lift the SP long enough to do a raise at a higher price (I'd disagree).
We also have many options in the money that could rolled into cash. Have zero clue what the positive spin in doing a CR like this is? It better be a damn big premium.
@FFailings yes it gives that impression, not a good look at all.
