    $1.4m cash end of December & last quarters burn rate of $480k would have us just under $1m cash.

    Surely they could've held out a little bit longer till the SP was atleast above these basement levels of <2m MC

    What are people's thoughts on this? doesn't look like it's coupled with an acquisition
