If we hear the names LDA or Regal, I reckon it will be extremely negative.......but if we hear that this raise is to include retail investors and board members....I think it'll be a love letter to current holders along with confidence shown from the board by them putting in their own cash and or SMF....fingers crossed, I believe the board do regard us share holders.
