My theory is brokers intentionally caused todays “please explain” by the ASX, with still a week to go ARL got caught off-guard prior to final deal signing and has to release an extension, retail will take the extension as concerning in-turn creating volume brokers couldn’t get.
That 170k taken out at 75c was likely a broker buying their own shares to create a frenzy.
I hope ARL management extend the TH until the deal is signed, giving a big up yours to brokers manipulating the stock.
