This gives major shareholders and directors another bite of the Rox cherry before the PFS and strengthens Rox against a low ball TO. Shares offered to retailers that do not take up the offer will be bought by directors and instos.
Fisher Gold and Eureka probably could have been sold to raise cash but Rox are determined to not let it go cheaply.
