This company has Corporate Welfare down to a fine art !!!!! LOL ! It will be to institutions / sophisticated investors only and it will be at .003c - then we get a 1:100 consolidation - not so deep down we all new it was coming - deeper down in the hidden beaten up crevices of our souls, there was hope that perhaps a farm in partner would be announced to help strip away future cost burdens. Hope dies last I guess. E
