You are quoting the figure back in 2022 year - which was almost doubled because he was awarded shares as part of his package - and those shares would have been valued at prices way higher than today.
And share based payments mean little, if the SP is b.....-all.
TH total remuneration in 2023 was $401,684 for the year.
Don't take my word for it, look at below extract from A/R.
