My best guess: Early permeable results leading to plan adjustment to flow test immediately (temporarily interrupting remainder of stim operation, might involve some incremental cost), plus overall program execution to be adjusted such that the well could be completed as a producer.
Could easily be something majorly negative also, though that does seem less likely.
