No the wording does not encompass the project overall. It specifically says not only Daydream 2, but the Daydream stimulation program They even provide the date it started just in case there is another Daydream 2 stimulation program happening elsewhere.... If they meant it to encompass the project overall they would have said "the Grandis Project".
