if the board decide that the free flowing section is commercial enough in its own right and then choose to pivot from an initial Appraisal well to a production well.
this could cause timing changes in regards to sourcing equipment and such to complete it, it would also change the design and intended outcome of the DD2 hole.
so although yes the timing would be affected which is never ideal ,it could in fact be for a positive outcome
