I hope that the changes that are needed have come due to a huge surprise on the upside! After-all, we already found gas we didn't even know existed!
Or perhaps, its now more than just the eyes but the hands or pockets of the industry that are on what we are doing, requiring some changes to be made!

Yet, I cant ignore the way the words in bold, are so interlinked!
