They did the right thing by offering it to shareholders first. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough support so now they don’t have a choice but to do a CR through a broker. Does seem a little cheap though in comparison to our current share price and the exercise price of the attaching options should be much higher IMO. Anyway let’s just get it over with then onwards and upwards. No doubt there will be some short term pain with the share price as a result of it though.
