Agree, and I expect that the TH is to allow time to digest the implications of the award amount, and set in motion the loan strategy which they have no doubt been developing the framework for in preparation of this day. I expect the announcement when we get it, will be more than just the award details, but also what the plan is for immediately accessing the (any) value realised....
