yep, the necessary bridging finance, not bad terms really.
Perhaps it will be a temp hand brake to the higher side of the conversion price if we couple it with good Arb $$,
and maybe some loan terms others have suggested collateralize against the Arb win. But 1m even at 4c if it was being flushed through, could be a blink in the scheme of things if news momentum can follow.
Want to get a line on the cash from ARB, /=> loan etc. ? And push again with JV cash. etc.
It just gives them time to juggle it all. And then eventually catch the balls in motion.
Its all about informing the market that we have the cash dominos, to enable a low capex shallow gold oxide deposit, in motion to develop quickly into a bull market.
