I don't think the Award amount is just about the accretive value per share it equates to (which btw I agree with the calcs of Dim Dim and WLJ), but the award and cash received is more about the de-risking of the path forward and giving those large NPV $$ amounts for low capex projects more certainty because the AAU contributions into those will essentially be covered off, allowing for management to press forward and lock in Offtake Advanced and any major tier 1 JV partners.
That's what I'm seeing this as anyway.
