Go the other way. 1.8c SP and 16mill MC at present. Add 10m to the value. 26m / 16m x 1.8c = 2.9c very roughly.
Assumes the 'cash' is valued at dollar for dollar but the market will do what it will. I just care to know they have access to the funds to get moving.
