And with a 12m mc, and 7m cash winfall pending, sellers are giving away an EV of 5m, with any of the above, JV, offtake etc pending.
While 7m doesnt pay for the whole ball of wax, it does allow the knitting to sew the pattern for the JV 3rd shareholder in the asset. And that is a bet of its own.
Market reaction to that, would be as golden as the larger ARB win.
Anything that moves the dial to advance asset toward development, including off take funding.
Theres several Bets at play in this kit, and just because the large ARB win, was replaced with smaller one, doesnt mean we wont be able to get things moving.
