not return a Director to the board as a matter of default vote would be one thing, that Director is an employee so they have the option to stay involved.
force at least a bit of action in the September Corporate Strategy Review as is featured on the Company's webiste.
As for do anything silly, wouldn't someone as an objective outsider view Antilles' past 12months or 24 months as silly and not delivering ?
