I'm expecting somewhere in the 10-20% discount area (15 to 17c). Lower than that suggests there are issues raising capital, which I don't expect here.
There is the chance of no discount or even a premium in some cases where one or more parties are keen to take a large stake, which is not easy to buy on market without moving the price significantly.
