Well having slept on it a couple of nights I think it’s a pretty savvy move by INR and kudos to mgmt.

If I had to hazard a guess the raise probably has more to do with SSW than anything else.

Saffas were probably being saffas (unfortunately they have some form when it comes to altering deals or even walking away altogether) and trying to leverage our our low cash position into a better deal for themselves so INR just gave them a slap to let them know they aren’t the only game in town by bringing in some new friends

i have no idea who the two new investors are or who went into the deal but if i had to bet i think u will see Centaurus increase and I see no reason why SSW would go into a raise so they get diluted some

all just speculation on my part …
