I’m not sure if they could convert those options as they had inside information. They would have had to release it to convert and thus show their cards to the other players.
Hopefully they didn’t bother because they already got their free ones a few months ago.
also the sale price must be reasonable or else we would not be having this conversation.
SRK sold to have enough to keep paying directors salaries in case this dragged on too long or tanked.
More incentive to trigger those options at 1.20 as they walked from the 30cent ones?
