still got $2.4m cash at end of last quarter, and drilling is about to commence (mid-year) and base on last quarterly the cash outflow isn't much per quarter
but the s/p has doubled in last two weeks, it's hard not to raise more capital now, in case the s/p drop in the future and they need extra $ and more dilution if it's at lower s/p, imo.
