    Right move by management. Instos not interested in it due to debt position. Clean that up, refinance all the remaining debt at lower rates and pay it off with this year’s profits.

    Expecting some juicy divs in 2025.

    My guess is we’ll get a big influx of insto money over the next few weeks/months and that’ll see another step change in share price.

    Still lots of fun to be had with MMI IMHO.
