Well, they could have done the CR a few weeks ago when we were 25c. The share price capping and recent drive down makes sense now, the institutions wanted a cheaper raise!
If PDI follows their historical CR trends, we should have a nice bull run following IMO. Especially in the current bullish gold environment. I now think the market movers were very aware this CR was coming up and the main reason we didn't break above 30c in these amazing gold conditions.
I can't imagine the raise will be below 20c imo.
