It's not typical to halt trading on the closing date of a capital raise.
The only positive reason would be massive oversubscription. I find that unlikely.
Negative scenarios include Shortfall reaching target, underwriter or major investor needs the offering to be adjusted.
With regret, but not surprise, I suspect this is about to go South. Such a shame as we are right at the finish line and Bruce just couldn't get it done.
