Very unlikely they'd change the T's and C's as its closed. the only way its a cluster is if the underwriter backs out.... how likely that is is unknown by us mortals. If that were to occur though, they are more likely to take what ever money they did get, and say something generic like "the Offer did not meet expectations and alternative sources of funding are currently being explored" ..... in which case hello circa 3-4c and game over... as at the point you're at 20m MC, which means they are negotiating for a sale of the assets and not operating capital. As a chinese firm will come in a land bank it for 20 m chump change as the BOD had lost investor support and will just pack it in.

So while, its definitely possible.... best not put that thought into the universe in a cavalier manner.

I do not believe they are dealing in bad faith. I believe that attempts at predicting outcomes have been hugely flawed and have caused alot of damage to confidence...... this does not impact the outcome, just perception.
