"Changes to the composition of the board" suggests more like additions to the board esp if things are moving now with the Mada govt, etc. That's not to say that Tom isn't leaving but that alone wouldn't necessitate a TH I wouldn't have thought. The unexpected resignation of the CEO today of a company I'm invested in didn't come with a TH. I'm inclined to think that the EVG board is due a restructure given that Maniry could be closer to becoming a reality now.
