$100 mil offer rejected.
$30 mil accepted from sophs at 18% discount to VWAP (25% dilution)
Will be a small SPP for those willing.
So if you extrapolate this out (and believe the %'s on the $100 mil deal) they effectively said no to $64 mil for 25% of the water company (as dilution accounts for 25%).... crazy if true considering the current progress on it.
*Crazy to say no that is. I am disgusted with the size and discount of this CR.
