The question everyone should be asking is why the cap raise so soon? Initially I thought CE had gone ahead of the market for once and secured non-dilutive funding to run along side the increase in copper price. If it is indeed dilutive funding to sophs and instos, then why now? Is it because they need the money now for a big purchase? Anyway, I’m done with speculating. Holding this stock is doing my head in….
