Superman's argument is typical of the wishful thinking that plagues a penny stock investor.
There is a compelling urge, once you own a stock, to put the rose-tinted glasses on and try to see everything in a positive light, even when it makes zero sense.
You and I both know CE has a history of looking after instos and shitting on retail. We've lived through many such events. Throwing us a $4 million dolllar bone to share between supposedly 50% of the company's shareholders is just insulting.
